I saw WALL*E this weekend and loved it. It was a beautiful film. Sure there was a dystopian back-story and a mischevious nod to Ideocracy. But I thought it worked wonders as a technically brilliant and largely wordless love story. It sure didn’t feel like a polemic to me.
